Resident Golf Membership

Available to Residents at Wingfield Springs.

  • No Green Fees or Cart Fees.
  • Access on the “Hills Course” with ability to reserve tee times 14 days in advance of play
  • Access on the “Lakes Course” on a space available basis. (currently, “Space available” means 48 hours before the day of play) 
  • Unlimited use of the Swim & Fitness Center
  • Unlimited use of the Driving range
  • Exclusive use of the Member's Clubhouse
  • Invitations to all Private Club golf, recreational and social events
  • Membership in The Club is transferable (through The Club) to the purchaser of a home or custom lot in Wingfield Springs, upon payment by the new owner of the current deposit. Upon payment of this new deposit, the original member will receive a 100% refund of his or her deposit with no transfer fees.
  • The membership deposit is refundable to the original member upon their resignation and reissuance (through The Club) of the membership to a new member. The Club will not charge a transfer fee to a member upon resignation. In addition, the resigning member will not be assessed monthly dues from the day of resignation until resale of the membership.
  • If your membership is recalled, you will receive a 100% refund of your membership deposit within five business days.

Resident Membership Deposit - $12,000
Individual Dues - $350 per month *
Family Dues - $405 per month **

*Payment of Individual Dues allows only the primary member to have golf course and recreational privileges. Spouse and dependents may enjoy social privileges at The Club and may golf or use the recreational facilities as guests of the member.

**Payment of Family Dues allows the primary member, spouse and dependents to enjoy full club privileges. Dependents must be under the age of 23, live at home, attend school on a full-time basis or be in the military.
