Reformer Pilates - Appropriate for all skill levels. These classes are designed to improve core strength and stability, heighten body awareness and develop lean muscles. They combine props and excercises for a full-body Pilates workout. Reformer Pilates helps improve range of motion, increase coordination and boost stamina.
Pilates Jump - This class combines plyometric intervals on the jump board with strength training to improve endurance, flexibility and core strength.
Power Pilates - Get ready to power through an intense mix of Essential and Intermediate repertoire combined with athletic conditioning to strengthen and lengthen the total body. Be ready to work hard and see results!
Bootcamp Pilates - Bootcamp Pilates uses reformer machines and performing dynamic excerises resulting in a sculpted body like you've never seen before. Your posture, strength and body shape will be totally transformed.
Circuit Training - Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training comprises of strength excercises that are complete one excercise after another for a specified number of repetitions.
