Red Hawk Golf and Resort offers the ideal venue for golf event groups, charity golf tournaments and corporate outings. The two distinct 18 hole championship courses at Red Hawk, the Hills and the Lakes, provide our guests two very different, yet equally great golf experiences.  All groups of 13 players or more are considered events and have the privilege to book their special day far in advance.

Red Hawk Golf and Resort adheres to the highest standards of course conditions and customer service with amenities that create a country club experience at one of the finest daily-fee properties in Northern Nevada.

Our team of golf event sales and operational professionals is committed to make certain that your outing will be a memorable and successful event. Our staff will provide the pre-planning expertise to ensure all of the critical details are handled and that your players are treated to a great golfing experience at Red Hawk.

Our staff will custom-tailor amenities specifically for your tournament's needs. We can assist with your welcome gift and tournament prizes. Our Golf Shop also offers a wide selection of all of the major retail labels.

Our Food and Beverage options run the gamut, from continental to full breakfast. Lunch offers numerous choices, from the traditional burger on our patio to selecting one of our tasty boxed-lunch options. Hold your post-event awards lunch, reception or dinner in our fabulous event center or even out by the putting course in our Talon’s Nest event area.  The venue options are as outstanding as our food.

Red Hawk Golf and Resort is regarded as one of the best venues in Northern Nevada to host an event. It has proudly held events for the PGA Legends Tour, the Nevada State Amateur Championship, served as Qualifier for the PGA Tour Reno Tahoe Open, and hosted countless amateur, corporate and charity events.

Coordination of Events

Red Hawk’s professional staff is experienced and thoroughly trained in coordinating your event functions.  All groups 13 players or more are considered events and include the following:

•   Green Fees
•   Cart Fees
•   Practice Balls
•   Bag Handling
•   Registration Table on request 

Our tournament staff will also prepare the following items for the day of your event:

•   Customized Cart Signs
•   Customized Score Cards
•   Customized Welcome Letter & Rule Sheet
•   Customized Scoring & Scoreboards
•   Customized On-Course Events

In order to provide the highest level of service, we ask that you provide a complete list of all participants in your event 48 hours in advance. This will provide our professional staff with the opportunity to have everything ready at the time your guests arrive.

Special Notes:

• Guaranteed number of players is required 14 days prior to the event
• In the event a shotgun event has less than 128 players, Red Hawk has the right to book the course to full capacity
• Starting times for shotgun events may be restricted to certain time periods depending on time of year
• A non refundable deposit is required in order to secure your tournament date
• The remaining balance of payment for the Tournament is due no later than the day of the event
